Stone Oak, Helotes, and the 1604 corridor are where a lot of SATEX driveway replacements happen. The original slab was often poured thin, on dirt, with joints that do not match the panel. After a few Texas summers it faults at the garage or ponds at the street. Coating it does not fix the base.
North-side soil is not one thing
Helotes and Scenic Loop lots sit closer to Hill Country limestone. Stone Oak and 78258/78260 mix limestone with pockets that still move. We walk the existing slab, look at how it cracked, and spec thickness and base for that yard — not a one-page “San Antonio driveway” spec.
HOAs and the view from the street
Master-planned streets want a clean broom or a quiet decorative border, not a theme-park stamp. We can broom the drive and stamp the walk, or run a color that sits next to limestone and stucco. Submit the sample early. We will not pour against a pending denial.
Access on gated and infill lots
Gated Stone Oak drives, tight Helotes trees, and inner-loop alleys change chute vs pump. That is priced on the visit. A 210 number and a San Antonio address only help if the crew has actually staged a mixer on your street before.

Request a driveway estimate and put San Antonio as the city, then tell us the neighborhood. Or open concrete driveways in San Antonio and send photos. You get a written spec: demo, haul-off, base, steel, PSI, joints.
