Residential jobsite prepared after concrete tear-out, with compacted base and forms ready for a new pour

Tear-out

Demolition of old concrete, hauled off the same job

Failed slabs have to leave before anything new can go in. We break out residential driveways, patios, and sidewalks, haul the rubble, and leave a graded pad ready for the next pour.

  • Driveway, patio, sidewalk, and pad tear-out
  • Saw-cutting to protect the house and remaining slabs
  • Haul-off included
  • Care around irrigation, fences, and trees
  • Ready for a SATEX pour or your next trade

Break, haul, protect

We saw-cut where the old slab meets a house, garage, or a panel you want to keep. Breakers and a skid-steer do the rest. Rubble leaves the site — we do not stack it in the side yard for a month. Irrigation, gas meters, and low branches get marked before we start.

Demo as the first day of the new job

Most demolition we do is the front end of a replacement driveway or patio. That is the efficient way to schedule it: tear-out, base, pour as one crew plan. If you only need the old concrete gone, we can do that too, with a graded leave-behind.
