Why the company exists

South Texas is hard on concrete that was poured thin, on dirt, with joints that do not match the slab. SATEX started as a residential crew that would not skip the limestone base. That is still the job. Driveways, patios, walks, sidewalks, stamped and stained finishes, demolition, and site work — for houses, not parking lots.

We are based in San Antonio and run work through Boerne, Bulverde, New Braunfels, and the lots in between. Homeowners hire us when they want the slab to still look right after a Hill Country summer, and when they want a written estimate after someone has actually walked the grade.

The company is licensed and insured. We do not sell coatings over failed driveways, and we will tell you when a patio should be replaced instead of stained. That is how you stay in this market for decades.
