Base first. Finish last.
Every SATEX job follows the same order — because skipping a step is how San Antonio slabs fail. Here is what happens between the first call and the sealer.
01
Walk the site
We measure, check access, look at drainage, soil, trees, and what you want the finished surface to do. You get a written estimate, not a guess over the phone.
Bring photos if you have them, but the visit is what matters: door heights, trees, gates, irrigation, and where water already goes when it rains.

Demo and prep
Old concrete comes out. We grade, compact a crushed-limestone base, set forms, and place reinforcement so the slab can live with South Texas clay and heat.
We saw-cut against the house or remaining panels, haul rubble, and compact a crushed-limestone base in lifts. Forms and steel go in only after grade is right.
03
Pour and finish
The mix matches the job — thickness, PSI, and color. We tool joints, stamp or stain if that is the spec, and keep a clean edge against your lawn and house.
The truck is scheduled to the spec, not a leftover load. Joints are laid out before the chute. Stamp, color, and broom happen while the slab can still take them.

Cure, seal, handoff
Decorative work is sealed after a proper cure. You leave with care instructions and a surface built to take sun, live-oak drop, and the occasional Hill Country downpour.
You get a cure window for walking and driving, and a sealer date for decorative work. We do not disappear the afternoon of the pour.
